The one reason to possibly hesitate on HCN is that it will probably go even lower when the Fed actually starts tapering. It was irrationally high at $80 and most likely will go irrationally low when interest rates rise. The same case could probably be made for O, HCP, FTY and many of the other REITS and REIT funds. I've been tempted to add as well, but will probably wait and watch. I do have LT positions in those I listed.
