I would concur..

But look.. there are any number of countries/governments out there which are energy dependent which, one would think, would be more than willing to support the research and implementation of LENR power generation. (Japan??)

If only someone out there can present a demonstrable prototype that produces more power than it consumes (at least 100%) And $1.5 million is PEANUTS when it comes to gov't R&D spending (especially wind and solar)..

I don't think we need to understand the physics involved right now, so long as there is no safety issue involved.

Either it works, or it does not.. IMO. HOW it works is of much lesser importance.. That will come as a LENR amounts operational generation time..
