Well, I like to think I'm not just like everyone else (don't we all?) in that respect. I do get my information from sources with different, often opposing, biases. Whether that feeds into a set world view I guess will have to remain a matter of opinion. I do think I do have cognitive dissonance--for better or worse. (How can ex-law students not have having been trained to argue both sides of a question?) I think Obama is naturally cognitive dissonant also apart from his law background as a result of the way he was raised and this sometimes gets him into political trouble.
