The attackers were after Hendrix's "bingo money." According to the Daily Mail, Hendrix was shot twice by the "gang of two men and a woman" outside her home "in the early hours of [November 30]." She was shot in her stomach and arm but managed to shoot attacker Steven Hagood in the stomach as well. A neighbor called police after hearing the gun shots and "Hendrix died outside her home with a relative holding her hand." Hagood is in a hospital "under guard." He has been charged with murder and "served with a family bench warrant for unpaid child support of $80,000." breitbart.com
