That's a reasonable argument, on the surface, but I think that a
company in Osicom's position should be more concerned about
the appearance of hiding things.

After all, the factors causing the order shortfall are probably
matters of public record anyway. Unless some of these
customers are closely held private companies. But it's not
really vital that I know their names, just if they are Asian
companies or not, and that's from the standpoint of the current
Asian financial crisis.

I do think you hit the nail on the head in your reply to PT. Does
Osicom really need to indulge in fraudulent tactics at this point?
I think not.
