These nimrods think they've cornered some imaginary market with "prayer". Prayer & meditation, contemplation or deep intuiting/cognation are things just as accessable to the secular mind, even the atheist as for the religious and made use of as frequently. Between popes praying, kissing babys & washing feet, that is commendable, the world certainly loves the images, then we have Bill Gates & Buffet doing the foundation work now, lets see if they can keep up. ( i doubt they can in a million years)
Prayer is not something unique to the religious venue, they just aren't bright enough to understand this in the modern context, there is great secular wealth these days and much of that is doing great humanitarian things, and much that isnt . |
