Company Press Release

AT&T Capital to Utilize ITI's MarketREACH Service

SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 10, 1997--Interactive Telesis (OTC Bulletin Board: TSIS - news) is pleased to announce that AT&T Capital has joined ITI's rapidly growing client base of MarketREACH customers.

ITI has begun providing customized interactive voice response (IVR) services to AT&T Capital, initially to assist with their communication needs during their acquisition by Newcourt Credit [OTC BB:NWCXR - news] Group, which was announced November 17, 1997. The application provided by ITI allows the approximately 3,500 employees of AT&T Capital to listen to prerecorded teleconferences between David Banks, CEO of AT&T Capital, and Steven K. Hudson, president and CEO of Newcourt Credit Group, as they discuss issues related to combining the two entities. The transaction is expected to close at the end of January, 1998.

The new organization will form one of the world's largest asset finance companies with a market capitalization in excess of $4.5 billion. It will employ more than 5,000 staff, servicing customers in 24 countries around the world. Newcourt and AT&T Capital had combined 1996 new business volumes of $9.4 billion and owned and managed assets of $17.8 billion.

AT&T Capital was referred by AT&T's Executive Teleconferencing Division, which is a client and marketing partner of Interactive Telesis. To date this division has referred Lucent Technologies, Ascend Communications, Stanley Works [NYSE:SWK - news], Pentair, and the U.S. Postal Service, to name a few.

The daily call volume to ITI's playback and recording application for AT&T's Executive Teleconferencing that commenced November 16, is consistent with management's estimates that this service alone will net minimum monthly revenues of $70,000. Introductions to AT&T's other six call divisions which have expressed interest in Interactive Telesis' customized IVR solutions are anticipated to take place early in 1998.
