If they were talking to anyone outside the company it would start to be reflected in the share price - it's in the nature of the beast. The 4g patents are valuable and would draw a lot of interest, if they were for sale; the silence from the TSX and Ottawa HQ is deafening! Back in 2014 when hopefully this will all be brought to a successful conclusion. May take some work yet....
