All: by the way, a question was asked the other day and I can't find the exact post to reply to... so I'll tell myself.

The question of the 8.6 million shares shown in the stock price valuation:

Joe stated in the Tuesday meeting where the prices were shown that the number of shares was calculated on future planned acquisitions. He said he would go into more detail about that number, but we never got to it. He did mention that one of the companies they were negotiating with was after cash and he was offering stock. He mentioned some figures, but I don't think it really matters to this discussion cause he never detailed where the total 8.6 million came from. Those shares may or may not dilute the distribution of FNET shares whenever that happens. My take on it is that will be dependant on the number of acquisitions that are signed deals at the time of the distribution.

I do like the fact that they are not just focussing on the FNET deal. Several months ago I asked Joesurf (here on SI) what would prevent the stock from dropping immediately after the distribution of the FNET shares - his response was that there would be quite a bunch of other things going on in DCI that would keep the value of the stock up - stuff besides FNET. After Tuesday's meeting, I know a lot more about what he was telling me. He sure was right. There is a lot of stuff going on!

Thanks
Mitch
