That Palestine derives from the Philistines spoken of in the Bible dates back many centuries, and is not some recent invention of liberals. St. Basil the Great, St. Jerome, and others make this connection between Philistine and Palestine in their 4th-century writings, long before any Israeli-Arab conflict of the 20th century. These are the facts; whether you choose to ignore them or not is up to you.

The Philistines were in fact a nation, with a king and country, lords, armies, cities, etc. as anyone can readily discover by simply reading the Old Testament.

And the ark of the Lord was in the country of the Philistines seven months. (1 Samuel 6:1)

As to why I didn't answer any of the rest of the questions, it should be obvious. You are self-deceived and obviously not interested in the truth. I figured I would only spend enough time to answer your first question, before spending time on the others. If you are not interested in learning the truth to your first question, no need to waste time on the rest.
