VERY good CJ . . nice response !!!!!!!!
well thought out and deals with the straight facts.
I agree.
But I think that runs deeper into the character of a person.
ALL people of bad character will misuse their position/wealth for their own good.
NOT all wealthy people are of bad character.
Hence, there is not a direct connection between wealth and bad-power.
Just like there is not a direct connection between wealth and good-power.
Look at how much GOOD comes from wealthy people.
jobs, education, charity, . . . .
SO ... I would say that wealth DOES give one power . . to do bad and good.
So often it is connected with only bad and wealth is put down.
WHEN ,actually, it is a person's character that needs to be damned or praised.
Instead, wealth should be something desired to be achieved by everyone.
Thanks! for the good discussion.
