But when the government builds a new jet fighter or new level of drones to do their war mongering - that is governing you know. Who owns the military industrial complex? Homeland Security was the biggest increase in government in modern times; is that not governing? Closing down our borders, rounding up illegal immigrants and sending them back; is that not governing? And then when we get to each individual representing their States interest - they will twist arms in a process of governing to get what they want. The issue of "not governing" is just a moment in time because they are out of power. You really think they would make all the cuts they are demanding of Obama if they were handed the reins tomorrow? There are a few extreme Tea party members - that are an exception. I'll give you that.
