"insurance premiums is not health care cost" If you have insurance to help pay for your healthcare, it most decidedly IS a health care cost. The reason a stitch costs $500 is because hospitals have to pay for the uninsured somehow. Obamacare, by insuring more people, will lower the cost of that stitch, cottonball, etc.
