David, when I first saw the article's headline my heart did a flip-flop because I thought the Vons suit had been settled. Imagine my disappointment when I discovered that the news was a non-event. Apparently SB's clients don't like hamburgers, given the ho-hum reception to the outperform rating announced today. We've seen the winter doldrum lows and I expect 18 or so by yearend, followed with new highs in February. (That's next year!!> :-) Arnie
