VINF-Vista Information Solutions Inc. looks very interesting. Its GUS (Geographic Underwriting System) appears to be the key to growth. According to Individual Investor Magazine, Texas recently became the first state to MANDATE that insurers use GUS for their ratings systems. They also stated that California is considering recommending that its insurers use GUS. The potential here seems vast. Does anyone know of other states considering mandating the use of GUS for its insurers?
