The big government you are talking about was actually a give away to the military industrial complex and big pharma. That wasn't big government, that was big payola to his rich friends and corporate America ds. He added three tax cuts to this rich friends how much can I get for you game he was playing. It was all nothing more than 8 years of giving the plutocrats the most money and power he could. Government was never part of it, except as a pass through authority transferring money from the people to the plutocrats. All he did! Cheney got 30 million severance form Halliburton and Halliburton got the largest no bid contract in Iraq!
