I am not worried about the salmon. I know my government will protect me. The Republican's fund the FDA with tons of money to test our food. I think it is now all the way up to 1%.

I am more worried about that steak sandwhich I just ate. It was good though, I cooked it in olive oil and garlic.

Been swimming several times a week and sure am gaining my strength back. I feel so much better. Amazing. My knee problems have almost disappeared?

Boy the cold just continues. Pipes are really going to start freezing. I sometimes have problems with my oil getting to viscous, but have learned to put "heat" and another oil thinner in it and it seems to have solved that problem; and my own water and sewer pipes have never frozen.

But I worry about our city water and sewer system freezing. What a mess that would be.
