Oh I see, $Trillions to rid a city and country of a "corrupt" ruler and government resulting in hundreds of thousands dead and maimed for life and then a rebuild program but $50 Bn on a city of our own people not to cause death and destruction but to re plan, restore? reinvigorate...and take the lessons learned to the many other American cities that have very similar issues... Yup, I understand...the first one...Good, Good, Good...must be conservative use of Government...the second one...Bad, Bad, Bad,... must be liberal/progressive use of Government.
