I don't think the news on DFNL has really had its impact yet. The most recent deal with Handleman distributing the videos of never before released footage of The Beatles, Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones, Elvis Presley and Marily Monroe is really big in my opinion. From what I have been told the added .25 eps is a VERY conservative figure. They are actually expecting a much higher return.

If you take only the .25 disregarding any other income, times a multiple of 15, that is a value of $3.75.

Don't forget we just had great news last week about the merger and the reduction of Outstanding shares to ONLY 4.5 million. It is my understanding that 2 to 3 million of the shares are being held in long term hands. And I have talked to brokers that are expecting to see DFNL go to $1.00 and higher very quickly.

DFNL in my opinion is a good stock to do some DD on. It is my understanding that DFNL has a lot of other things in the works. There should contine to be more good news. And DFNL IS ALREADY a reporting company.
