JR, yes, of course you are right that a company can make forwardlooking statements, and do so safely with appropriate disclaimers. I wish this company knew how to do this. From past experience it's pretty clear that the folks running Lenox do not and have not been willing or able to learn, nor have they been willing or able to hire someone who does know. Alas.
