That billion and much more will be paid anyway to the uninsured that stagger into emergency rooms, dumbass. If they expanded Medicaid, they'd get almost 10 billion from the Feds.

It's just totally stupid of these red, refusnik states. Their citizens should be educated. Now. the money they pay to the Feds will return elsewhere..
