You remind me of another Libertarian friend who points out that all of these unconstitutional things need to be addressed by the expedient of simply revising the Constitution

It has to be nice to live in that black and white totally uncluttered world...

Problem is that world does not exist, and the best we can hope for is progress toward fixing those things that you think Obama should rectify with some sort of magic wand
