J. I realized after thinking about it WHY REFR changed their web site domain name to "smartglass." As I said earlier, when I first saw the two items, rear view mirror and EPD, I didn't think "glass" but looked at what the technology was a demonstrated by two very different applications. Then the lawsuit brought me back to the first viewing of SPD. Then I posted the Hitachi SPD film page and VOILA! Hitachi's web page on SPD film SPECIFICALLY tells all interested parties to contact RFI for a license and explains the connection. Then they have a LINK to the REFR web site! So OF COURSE, the potential customers of Hitachi will be auto ,aero, architectural etc. manufacturers of GLASS! No wonder everyone thinks that RFI's SPD is competing with EC as a tech, whereas EC would NEVER be used in EPD. The majority of web site is there for LICENSEES not INVESTORS! They stated clearly that the largest percentage of royalties will be coming from Automotive, and they have the S-Class up front. Here's a link to Hitachi again.
