Mandel's younger years were full of some nasty STUFF, but he paid his dues for 27-years, initially on Robben Island, and later in Pollsmoor Prison followed by Victor Verster Prison.

"I expect nothing less from MSLSD!" ... we have far too many BRUTAL criminals in prisons that should have already been exterminated.
