About two months ago I reminded Iqbal about Anthony Quinn in "Zorba the Greek", which turns out one of his favorite actors & movies, ever since hes been making sure to dance when ever he can. That evening in his Hotel bar on the Thames, he posted this darling essay on the dance of life & a clip him of dancing that night with this lovely woman in his bar. This is a great truth of life, we were meant to dance, to move around, to celebrate life, to compliment each other. Puritans of any stripe are the ignorant superstitious barbarians, the ones that landed here on America's shores, English were so happy to get rid of them all, what terrible bores. Mayflower indeed, they were persecuted for good reason!

Iqbal Latif I have lived all my life dansing Avec les loups.. I am cool .. Any time come over we will dance on Champs in Paris .. We use to dance in Montmarte early in the wee hours of the morning .. Just continue the traditions, I feel sad for those who don't dance, don't sing and kill the soul within .. This is the reflection of our soul.. |
