<<<< Obamacare was supposed ot fix that. What went wrong?>>>>

is not a matter of Yale--New Haven violating the law. It's not about a website not working. Nor is it about Republican efforts to sabotage the law or some judge blocking it.

Hate to say that I told you so, but I told you the problems in Obamacare is that health care can't be forced into the capitalistic paradigm. That as long as it is "profit based" it will likely fail - barring some major changes. People suggesting it is because it is not implemented yet just are in complete denial. When Obamacare is up and running, that is when everyone who has a potential profit to make will start finding loop holes and start influencing through Congress to make incremental changes to up their profit and will - dare I say it - commit fraud. The problem REMAINS - that hospitals have to make a profit in our capitalistic design. That means that as long as the price of a stitch goes up, their cost go up and they have to charge more. If you add a tax on that huge multi-million dollar machine - which Obamacare does - then that is a cost that will get passed on one way or the other.
