What is the evidence of that? That there will be millions (probably more than 10 million) more uninsureds on January 1 than there were on October 1?

Or is it that the average insurance premium is 40% higher as a result of the ACA?

Or just that people love it so much that more than half disapprove of it nearly four years into it?

What exactly leads you to your conclusion that it is "significantly better?"
