I think the peers you mentioned work in different business segments, I know for fact that FLR, CBI and FWLT work in higher margin and somewhat less cyclical business segments.. MDR builds structures for rigs and such and appears the higher value add components of these are manufactured by other vendors.

i think the competitors to MDR may be Keppel, Chinese and Korean companies and MDR does not seem to have much luck competing with them.
