Leland better get some air time on CNBC and explain everything in detail. From his statement it appears they have moved "some"of the production equipment from the old plant into the new plant were they are producing product which can't be sold until the plant is certified..
Since the new plant won't receive MCA certification until late DEC. we are production constrained. Beginning the first quarter of 98 Vivus will be able to utilize the new plant to ship to the UK. Sometime late in the first quarter the FDA should have approved the new plant for shipping to the US markets and we will be back on track.
Although Vivus has been trashed it is still a great company.
THIS IS NOT THE END OF VIVUS. IT WILL RECOVER IN DUE TIME.
