Gil, Intel has an impressive product in my opinion. However, I cannot use it for my mom to call as she doesn't have a computer plus I can't stand by waiting to make a connection with other computer telephone programs. The ideal would be pick up my (POT) plain old telephone and call mom on her plain old telephone (POT) while being switched and routed through the internet. I think POT to POT wil be hotter than this Intel thing. Great info though! My opinions only, Debra Watson
