The NASDAQ meeting to vote on whether to de-list or not non-reporting companies hasn't even taken place! The meeting to vote on this isn't until tomorrow. No one can say yet if any company will be de-listed or not.

If the vote is yes, it would still take time for them to sort through which ones have filed. This would not be a quick process, IMO. Lots of companies, I would imagine, would file if they hadn't already.

Your post is a bit alarmist in nature.
