It is impossible to make an estimation on the stock price unless terms of the rights offering are disclosed. Also, although a rights offering reduces the market value of the stock price there is no stock dilution (i.e. current shareholders still own the same amount of the corporation). That is why a rights offering is favourable at lower prices.
