The government was designed with checks and balances. Democrats are willing to support any lawless act of Obama since he is achieving their goals through illegal acts. The media is almost entirely leftwing. They won't take Obama to task for implementing a wingnut agenda illegally.

Only the Tea Party is performing the essential watchdog function. Even establishment GOPers are secretly cheering for Obama while trying to ride heard on the conservative and libertarian parts of the party.
