Who is "Shrub"? In any event, if that was the case the unemployment rate would be much lower....its not because the BLS numbers are cooked...and the only reason unemployment has "declined" at all is due to the mass exodus of people from the workforce.... Face it....Odumbo is a disaster on so many levels, Jimmy Carter looks good by comparison....
