Craig, Doesn't sound like we'll see them in retail stores before Christmas does it? Still, they are ahead of what I thought they'd be. It' also appears that Compaq is still dictating the higher speed grades of MediaGX chips. 220Mhz fits right into their "castration" of the GX unit in that it fits right under the K6-233 which also has a larger hard drive. If that's the way they want to do it then i wish they would cut prices more. The 2240 also neds an expansion slot BADLY. Too easy to sell against it. Joe Cunsumer wants to know that he's not spending a grand for something that's not "expandable". No room for a scsi card scanner is a problem. Jim
