Just talked to my broker about my silver contract. He said that silver in London went into backwardization meaning the the current price is higher than the future. He has never seen this before. It may have happened when the Hunt's cornered the silver market. To me this is a sign that there is not enough of the physical to cover the paper. Could this happen to gold next? Does anyone else see it this way?
- Jim.
