| | | Ok, the prevailing view of those who cared enough to post their opinion is:
1) We go with the Tuesday, December 31, 2013 close to set the initial portfolio stock prices.
2) We go with Sunday, January, 5, 2014, midnight, PST, as the portfolio submission deadline.
3) Stock picks may be rejected if it appears a contestant violated the Biotechie Code of Honor by taking unfair advantage of market-moving news. Contestants may appeal any such rejection.
I’ll set up a 2014 Contest thread within the next few days, where I’ll post a draft of the instructions and rules for the 2014 Contest. If you’d like to post a comment on that draft, please do so there.
