Seriously you need to drink the green tea. It is the only totally safe way I have read to stop arthritis in its tracks and it seems the more you drink the longer you live. It is also loaded with antioxidants which clears out free radicals that damage DNA (like an oil filter) and it reduces pain better than aspirin.

As good as Omega 3's are for inflammation and probably the heart, I have read too much has side effects of sorts? Don't remember what they were, but it caused me to cut back a bit.

I use three tea bags at a time and do it twice a day. Sometimes three times. It can't be that bad-lol!

It is tea. I could drink grass in a glass if it helped my arthritis.

It has saved me, I feel.
