Another question... Why move production equipment from one plant to another???? Seems to me if I build a new plant, I need new production equipment, no? Also can you imagine the work required to move that stuff? The only reason I can see for this would be that the new equipment was not ready as it should have been, but this would be a major setback, and we should have seen a announcement on this issue.

Either those guys can't handle the job and should be thrown out ASAP, or there is something else we don't know about, and THAT is bad!!!
