I hate to sound like Jesse with this pounding of a single indicator, but Gold/USD swap rate gofo went negative. This means Pay up if you want to borrow gold. lbma.org.uk Is it a tail that wags the dog? So far it seems that changes in Gofo precede price action. Overall, Gofo, lease rates, and things like that do indicate shortage of physical metal somewhere in the system, but when the rates are this low, they appear to be meaningless.... Except to machines, maybe?
