David,

With LSI intending to use this order for 0.18æm production, I believe the Press Release is fairly significant. The miniboom for the past 1 1/4 years has been driven, IMO, by the migration to 0.25æm. I would expect LSI to be in production with their new order by or before next summer. This should put pressure on other chipmakers to catch up.

They're going to need new equipment to make that happen.
