It is not only the investor that feels the pain of this story and it
has been heart wrenching to follow the delays in an area that needs
econnomic development. Not long ago we read stories and heard news
that children were dying in wretched conditions in these areas from
no interests as a result of glue sniffing etc. Makes you wonder where
the brains are parked!!!!
