I've read other comments that he used a handful of symbols over and over but they had no relationship to what was being said.

I don't think this has sunk in yet but the President spent 20 minutes within arms length of a man that no one knows, don't know his name, don't know how he got there, acting bizarrely. Heads will be rolling in the SS.
