Henry, unless you are a short-term trader, the private placement, shorts, etc., should just be noise to you. In 1-2 years, you will look back on this time and wonder why you got so upset. I see absolutely nothing to change my long-term outlook for the stock and even the short/medium term in 1998 looks good. People on this board seem to have no tolerance for fund raising. This is a normal part of a growing stock. A private placement will almost always cause the stock to go down. The benefits will be felt long-term. JMAR is now CASH rich. --Bilberry
