I factor in both, and I consider Obama to be not just a corporate whore, but a Republican corporate whore. Obamacare has lots of room for improvement. I'd start by combining all the federally run exchanges with the federal employee plan and call it Medicare for Everybody But the States With Their Own Exchanges. Next, I'd invite those states to join, too. Then I'd start negotiating bulk drug prices, and allow bids from Canada.
