Your comments raise at least two similar facts for consideration -- right or wrong. 1) In the US judicial system, once a witness has been impeached (caught in lies) his credibility on all subsequent issues is questionable, thus disregarded. Obama's ever increasing list of dishonest claims and denials has damaged/impeached his credibility on all issues. And... 2) It is difficult if not impossible to separate any individual's reputation from their comments; particularly for one believing, "You can tell a tree by the fruit it bears." Of course there may be truth in some of a liar's comments -- that makes a good liar. But it is more efficient to disregard all of a liars comments than to waste time separating fact from fiction.
