Its the cost of labor. Its what 5 cents an hour cheaper in India than China? I was just reading about Amazon replacing people with robots in their fulfillment where houses. Amazon pays less than Walmart in some cases, if I remember correctly. How many times can you split a penny and base your business competitiveness on that?
