RE: GE This is one I bought as a result of subscribing to Morningstar's DividendInvestor newsletter. They hold it in one of their portfolios. I am aware of and respect the negative feelings that many hold in regard to GE and Immelt's statement on the dividend, followed rapidly by a dividend cut. Nonetheless, I am doing the happy Snoopy dance this morning, having added shares last week.

A long while ago my wife was in Real estate. Whenever she had a big sale, when the kids came home we would celabrate. For some strange reason I created the "mommy money dance". It certianly was modeled from the above.

A number of years later the kids were watching a Charlie Brown christmas. All of a sudden one of them jumped and pointed at the screen, "Hey Dad Snoopy's doing the mommy money dance!"
