Bob, you appear to know the history of these companies. Just out
of curiosity, why in your previous message did you talk about PTEC
as having great technology and solid relationships as compared to
SYSF, then now you say you don't necessarily favor PTEC?

Do you have a position in PTEC? What do you feel are their
major strengths and weaknesses that will impact their success over
the next year? How or in what type of companies do you think
they should invest their $50 million cash (they spoke of probably
two more acquisitions before year-end when they last announced
earnings). Are there enough companies like VC that will likely
grow over 100% in the next year that they can afford that dominate
their niches and are synergistic?

How do you feel about big brother Microsoft's potential to screw
up their business over the next year? These guys have gotten
so powerful that almost any move they make appears monopolistic.
Software companies apparently freely hand over product to Microsoft
just to get a favor. I hope Oracle and others can put a few more
checks and balances into the system. This is crazy. Do you think
PTL is TOO closely aligned with Intel?

Glad to hear people set the record straight that really know the
companies, not just looking at them through analyst and PR
dept. eyes.
