Possible contributing reasons for recent activity....

1. NASD proposed vote. Although CSMA should not be pink sheeted (financials are being published), if the NASD gets their way, half of the BBs will be. This has no doubt caused a mass exodus from the BBs by the more anxious faint hearted investors who investigate no further than a headline.

2. The NASDAC is down 1.72% as of this posting, and was the same yesterday, led by Oracle (ouch).

3. It is the holidays, and the kiddies need presents.

4. All the certs are not in, and we are still being pushed around by somebody, whether MM or individual shorter. Remember, he still has to cover.

Anyone care to speculate on more reasons?

In regards to the NASD vote, if half the BBs are pink sheeted, I would assume that initially, it will hurt all BBs until the issue is resolved. If half are pink sheeted, we have a couple of resulting issues that CSMA might be subject to:

1. That half of the stocks will no longer be attractive to BB buyers, increasing the interest in wonderful little gems like CSMA. This includes longs, shorts, and intraday traders.

2. These little gems might be more attractive to the MMs, and other influencial investors who make a living by pushing little guys around.

3. We are in at a price that will assure an enjoyable ride on the wave of upcomming activity.

Windy today in Santa Monica, lots of paper blowing randomly down the street,
